scylla_setup has been run on every node, not just the first one.

perftune.py has configured IRQ affinity, network queue steering and CPU pinning.

iotune has been run against the actual production storage, and io_properties.yaml reflects it.

iotune is re-run whenever the storage type or volume configuration changes.

All nodes in a datacenter have the same core count, so shard layouts are consistent.
